As a VP and Head of Talent Acquisition in hospitality, property management, and healthcare, she saw firsthand what it takes to get hired, grow, and advance, and she helped thousands of candidates and employees reach their career goals. Now she uses this knowledge to help professionals move their careers forward with clarity and confidence.
Missy is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a certified practitioner in DISC, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Motivators assessments. Her coaching combines real-world hiring experience with insight into how you work, communicate, and lead.
